Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password (managed by Supabase Auth). When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

We also collect usage data: the number of images generated per month, API request metadata (timestamps, template used), and standard web analytics (page views, referrer, device type).

How we use your data

• To provide and maintain the SnapOG service
• To track your usage against your plan limits
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (welcome, usage alerts, billing)
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns

Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and analytics

Data retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Generated images are not stored — they are created on-the-fly and returned immediately.

Your rights

You can export your account data, update your information, or delete your account at any time from your dashboard. For questions, email privacy@snap-og.com.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregated usage data — no personal tracking cookies.
